A chatbot that answers your WhatsApp. Message ours and see.
Customers get an instant, accurate reply in Cantonese or English - day or night, on the WhatsApp number you already use. Automation sends the order updates and reminders. And the moment one of your team replies from their phone, the chatbot steps back and lets the human talk.
The demo is our own business WhatsApp: +852 9454 8959
Don't take our word for it - it's answering our WhatsApp right now
The number above isn't a sandbox. It's virtualHi's real business WhatsApp, and the assistant answering it is the exact product we build for clients. Ask it what we do, ask it in Cantonese, ask it something it shouldn't know - poke at it the way your customers would poke at yours.
And if the conversation gets to something that needs a person, a person takes over - in the same chat, from the phone in their pocket. That handover is the product too.
How it works
Three moving parts, none of which your customers ever see.
1. The chatbot answers first
Every incoming message gets an instant reply drawn from your own knowledge base - services, policies, published prices, common answers. In the customer's language, at any hour, never annoyed by the hundredth identical question.
2. Humans take over by just replying
Your staff keep the WhatsApp Business app on their phones, exactly as today. When one of them replies in a conversation, the chatbot goes quiet on that thread automatically and stays out of the way while the human handles it.
3. Nothing changes for customers
Same number, same chat threads, same green ticks. This runs on Meta's Coexistence mode - the app and the chatbot share the number, so there is no "new number for enquiries" and no dashboard your team has to live in.
What it handles
The conversations that eat your team's day without needing their judgement.
The repeat questions, answered instantly
Opening hours, prices, stock, directions, how to book - the questions your team answers twenty times a day, handled in seconds without anyone picking up a phone.
After-hours coverage
Enquiries at 11pm get a real answer at 11pm, not a cold "hello?" the next morning after the customer has already messaged your competitor.
Cantonese and English, matched automatically
Customers write the way they actually write - 廣東話, English, or a mix - and get a natural reply in kind. No language menus.
Answers from your knowledge, not the internet
The assistant answers only from a knowledge base we build with you - your services, policies, and facts. It does not invent prices or promises, and says so when it does not know.
Qualifies new enquiries
Instead of a bare missed call, a new lead arrives with the qualifying questions already asked and answered, ready for a human to close.
Knows when to call a human
Complaints, quotes, anything sensitive or unusual - the assistant tells the customer a person will follow up, and emails your team a summary of what is needed.
Beyond replies: automation
The same setup also sends the messages your team currently types by hand, or forgets to send at all - triggered by your own systems, going out from the number your customers already know.
For years, automating WhatsApp meant losing the app: the API deregistered your number from the phone. Meta's Coexistence mode removed that trade-off - automation and your staff now share the same number and the same threads.
Order & delivery updates
Confirmed, packed, out for delivery, arrived. The messages customers currently phone you to ask about, sent automatically from the number they already know.
Booking & appointment reminders
Confirmations when a slot is booked and a reminder before it. The cheapest no-show reduction available to a clinic, salon, or studio in Hong Kong.
Payment & invoice notices
Invoice issued, payment received, renewal due. Wired to your own system so the message goes out when the event happens, not when someone remembers.
Lead capture & routing
Catch every enquiry, ask the qualifying questions, and route it to the right person with the answers already collected instead of a cold "hello?".
Connected to your systems
Your POS, booking system, spreadsheet, or web app triggers the message. We build the join between what already happens and what your customer hears.
Broadcasts, eyes open
Marketing blasts to opted-in customers - buildable, but billed by Meta on every delivery with no volume discount. We'll tell you whether the maths works before you spend.
The same brain, beyond WhatsApp
The assistant is not welded to one channel. The same knowledge base and the same grounded behaviour can serve customers and staff wherever the work is.

Website chat widget
The same assistant as a chat window on your site, answering visitors the way ours answers WhatsApp. One knowledge base, two channels, one upkeep cost.
Document processing
Read and summarise PDFs, forms, and spreadsheets, extract the fields you care about, and turn messy input into clean structured output for your team.
Internal research tools
Research and data work grounded in your own documents, with citations back to the source - the repetitive knowledge work that quietly eats hours every week.
Our team has shipped production assistants in demanding settings - a WhatsApp ordering and operations assistant for a multi-branch restaurant group, and a research assistant that answers finance questions with citations from public company filings. This is something we run, not a slide. And when the assistant needs working hands on your own systems - POS, CRM, database - that is our AI Agents & MCP line.
What would Meta actually charge you?
Most WhatsApp projects die when the messaging fees turn up late in the conversation. So here they are first. Your card sits on your own WhatsApp Business Account, Meta invoices you directly at published rates, and we add no markup - we charge only for the build and the monthly plan.
- Billed messages
- 250
- Free messages
- 250
- Over a year
- HK$608
Operational messages are the cheap part. At this volume the messaging bill is a rounding error next to the staff time it gives back.
Meta's Hong Kong rate card, 1 July 2026: utility US$0.0260, marketing US$0.0732 per delivered message, converted at HK$7.8. Checked 2026-08-03 against Meta's published rates, which change from time to time.
The short version: replies to customers are free, operational messages cost a few cents each, and marketing broadcasts are the genuinely costly part. We would rather lose a project on an honest number than have you discover the bill in month two.
What we'll tell you before you buy
- It doesn't improvise. The assistant answers from the knowledge base you approve, declines to invent prices or commitments, and hands anything uncertain to a human. That makes it trustworthy - and it means the knowledge base has to be kept honest as your business changes. We set that rhythm up with you.
- Text first. Voice notes, photos and stickers get a polite note that a person will look - then a person looks. For most customer-service traffic that trade-off is invisible.
- It sells honesty, not the illusion of staff. The assistant identifies as an AI when asked. Businesses that want a bot to impersonate an employee should look elsewhere.
- Broadcast lists go read-only. Existing lists can still be viewed but not used from the app. Bulk sending moves to approved templates through the API, which is where the marketing rates apply.
- Group chats stay private to the app. They keep working for your team, but they are not synced to the API and neither the assistant nor the automation can see or post in them.
- Eligibility is per number, and the app stays in use. Meta checks your number at onboarding (it needs genuine prior use on the WhatsApp Business app), and someone has to open the app roughly every two weeks or Meta disconnects the number. We verify eligibility before you commit to anything.
How this usually goes
We check your number qualifies for Coexistence and work out your real monthly Meta cost, then build the knowledge base with you - the questions your team actually gets, and the answers you actually want given.
The assistant goes live with your team watching from the app, and any automated notifications get their templates written and approved by Meta. Real conversations, tuned answers, and a growing sense of when to let it talk and when to jump in.
Fixed-fee build, then a monthly plan for hosting, monitoring and knowledge-base upkeep. Meta bills you directly for messages - replies to customers currently cost nothing, and we add no markup.
Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers on the chatbot, the human takeover, and what it costs. Rates quoted are Meta's Hong Kong card, effective 1 July 2026.
Does it pretend to be a person?+
No. It says it's an AI assistant when asked, and we think that's a feature: customers get instant, accurate answers without being tricked, and they know a real person is one reply away. The quality of the conversation is what sells, not a disguise.
How does the human takeover actually work?+
Your staff just reply from the WhatsApp Business app on their phone, the way they already do. The moment a human sends a message in a conversation, the chatbot goes quiet on that conversation and stays quiet while the human is active. No dashboard, no "agent console", no training your team on new software.
Do we lose WhatsApp on our phones?+
No - this runs on Meta's Coexistence mode: the WhatsApp Business app and the automation share the same number, in the same chat threads, and your team sees everything the assistant and the automation send. Existing one-to-one chat history can be synced across as a one-time onboarding step so the assistant has context; group chats stay private to the app.
What does it know about our business?+
Only what we put in its knowledge base - a structured document of your services, prices you choose to publish, policies, and common answers, built with you before launch. When something changes, the knowledge base is updated and the assistant follows. It is instructed never to guess beyond it.
Can the same assistant run on my website too?+
Yes. Our chatbot solutions cover both channels: the same assistant, on the same knowledge base, can run as a chat widget on your website. WhatsApp is where most Hong Kong customers are - message ours on +852 9454 8959 to see it in action - but the two channels share one brain and one upkeep cost.
Who pays Meta - you or me?+
You do, directly. Your card goes on your own WhatsApp Business Account and Meta bills you for messages at their published rates. We operate as a Meta Tech Provider on your account, so we never touch the messaging bill and add nothing to it. Most resellers put 10-30% on top of Meta rates or charge per inbox seat.
How much will the messages actually cost?+
Use the estimator on this page for a real figure. Short version: replying to customers is free, operational messages like order updates and reminders cost a few cents each and are often free too, and marketing broadcasts are the expensive part at roughly HK$0.57 per message with no volume discount.
Can I use it to blast promotions to my customer list?+
You can, and we'll build it, but go in with your eyes open. Marketing templates are billed on every delivery, excluded from Meta's volume discounts, and need opted-in recipients. For a lot of businesses the honest answer is that the operational messages are worth doing and the broadcasts are not. We'd rather say that before you spend money than after.
Which AI model does it run on?+
Whichever currently fits your use case and budget best — we build provider-agnostic, so your assistant isn't married to any one vendor. Models improve and reprice every few months; as part of the monthly plan we re-evaluate and can move your assistant to a better or cheaper model without a rebuild.
How long until it goes live?+
Typically one to three weeks: an eligibility check on your number first, then the knowledge base built with you, then a supervised trial period where we watch real conversations and tune the answers before switching it fully on. Automated notifications need Meta template approval on top, which usually takes hours to a day.
