Guest rooms & serviced apartments
Lighting, HVAC and scene control that a guest or resident can use without a briefing — and that housekeeping or operations can reset from a keypad or iPad. Repeatable room logic, not a one-off residential program copied twenty times.
Common areas
Lobby, corridor and amenity lighting on a schedule, with override for events and late arrivals. The same processor can drive both the rooms and the shared floors.
Doors, access & car-park gates
Intercom, door releases and car-park gates on the same control system as the lights — the kind of commercial-premises work we already do alongside residential installs. Useful when a shop, showroom or building already has Crestron on the wall.
Branded staff & concierge iPads
SMARTL, our in-house Crestron PWA, runs as a per-property control surface — the same interface already in production in Hong Kong residences. A public sandbox is at demo.smartl.app.
What we do not chase
Enterprise boardrooms and video-conferencing AV are a different trade. We stay with lighting, climate, access and the control surface — the residential-grade work that boutique properties actually live with every day. If a project is mostly conferencing, we will say so rather than stretch the scope.

We write the Crestron control logic. Your dealer or main contractor keeps hardware procurement and the day-to-day operator relationship — the same model we use on residences.
Existing systems welcome
Installed by someone else, support contract expired, source files missing — we assess first and quote a defined next step. No dealer contract required on your side.

Do you do Crestron for hotels in Hong Kong?+
Yes — boutique hotels and serviced apartments, not large chain roll-outs. Typical scope is guest-room lighting, HVAC and scene control, plus common-area lighting and access. We write the control logic; a main contractor or dealer usually holds the hardware and the operator relationship.
Can you take over a building whose original Crestron installer is gone?+
Yes. No active Crestron support contract is required. We assess the processor, recover what we can when source files are missing, and quote a defined next step — the same take-over path we use on residences. Detail on existing-system work lives on the modernisation & maintenance page.
Do you sell Crestron hardware?+
No. A Crestron Services Provider is an independent programming firm — we do not sell equipment. Hardware stays with your dealer or contractor. That is the point of the CSP category: you get certified programming without buying a second set of hardware from us.
Do you do boardrooms and video conferencing?+
Not as a practice line. Enterprise AV and conferencing is a different trade from the residential-grade lighting, climate and access work we do. If a boutique property needs a simple meeting-room scene as part of a wider job we will say so; we do not chase conferencing projects.
Can staff control the building from an iPad?+
Yes. We already ship SMARTL — our in-house Crestron PWA — as a branded control surface on residential iPads, and the same interface works for a staff or concierge iPad. There is a public demo at demo.smartl.app.
How does this differ from a Crestron dealer?+
Dealers sell and install hardware. We are the only Crestron Services Provider listed for Hong Kong — certified for the programming side, complementary to dealers rather than competing with them. If you already have a dealer, we can work as their programming specialist.
