Can you migrate us from our current provider?+
Yes - from Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, a cPanel host, or another mail server. Mailboxes, folders and years of history move intact, the DNS switch is scheduled so nobody is interrupted, and we verify delivery both ways before we call it done.
Are we locked in?+
No. Everything runs on standard, open email protocols, so your mail is portable - any mail client can read it, and if you ever want to leave we will help you export and move. No proprietary formats, no exit fees.
Which devices and mail apps are supported?+
Anything that speaks IMAP/SMTP: Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, and the built-in mail apps on iPhone and Android. There is also webmail for browser access from anywhere.
How is spam handled?+
Filtering runs server-side, so junk is caught before it reaches your devices. And because we manage the platform ourselves, we can tune it for your business - for example, making sure a legitimate but badly-configured sender of yours always gets through.
