We are the only Crestron Services Provider listed for Hong Kong in Crestron's official directory - a Crestron-approved independent programming firm, with a Crestron Certified Programmer writing the control logic that ties your home's lighting, climate, AV, shading, and security into a single elegant interface - and we keep it running long after install day.
Built in-house: SMARTL
Most of what you see on the touchscreens in the residences below is SMARTL - our own React + TypeScript control interface that runs natively on Crestron touch panels, in the browser, and as an installable PWA on any iPhone, iPad, or laptop.
It speaks to the Crestron processor over a multiplexed WebSocket protocol we wrote, survives iPad sleep/wake without losing state, and caches the room's configuration locally so the lights are responsive within a second of unlocking your phone.

Can I try SMARTL before contacting you?+
Yes. There is a live demo at demo.smartl.app that runs the same interface deployed in production homes, with a sandbox configuration. It works entirely in your browser - no backend, no signup, and each visitor gets their own private session.
What's the difference between a Crestron dealer and a Crestron Services Provider?+
Dealers are authorised to sell and install Crestron hardware — Hong Kong has several, including Elite-tier commercial dealers. A Crestron Services Provider (CSP) is a separately-contracted category: an independent firm certified by Crestron for the programming and engineering side, which doesn't sell equipment. The two are complementary — dealers and contractors bring CSPs in for the control logic. We are the only CSP listed for Hong Kong in Crestron's directory.
Can you take over an existing Crestron system?+
Yes. We can inspect the current processor, program files, network, and device list, then advise whether to repair, refactor, or rebuild the control logic. See also our dedicated page on Crestron modernisation and maintenance.
Home Assistant, lost source code, or no support contract?+

Do you do commercial properties?+
Yes — boutique hotels, serviced apartments, and commercial premises (access, car-park gates, scheduled lighting, staff iPads). Enterprise conferencing AV is out of scope. See Crestron for commercial spaces.
Do you only work on new luxury residences?+
No. New builds are ideal, but we also handle upgrades, troubleshooting, UI refreshes, and partial integrations for existing homes.
Will we own the source code and configuration?+
Yes. We believe the home should outlive any one vendor. We can hand over documented source, device mappings, and operational notes.
What systems can you integrate with Crestron?+
Typical projects include Lutron lighting and shading, Samsung Frame TV / The Wall, Bang & Olufsen audio, Daikin or Mitsubishi HVAC, IP cameras, intercom, smart locks, and network gear.
What ongoing support do you provide after handover?+
