If a device speaks any protocol at all, it can usually speak Crestron. We write the drivers and modules that make that true - Crestron Home extension drivers, SIMPL+ modules, and SIMPL# Pro libraries - for integrators, dealers, and device manufacturers in Hong Kong and across Asia. We are the only Crestron Services Provider listed for Hong Kong in Crestron's official directory.

Drivers built with Crestron's driver SDK that bring a device or service into Crestron Home - so a dealer can deploy it from the configurator like any supported product, without dropping to a custom program.

Protocol modules for SIMPL Windows programs on 3-Series processors - clean signal interfaces, documented parameters, and behaviour that survives reboots and network drops.
SIMPL# Pro libraries for 4-Series
C# device libraries for 4-Series programs: TCP/UDP, HTTP/REST, WebSocket, or serial transports, with reconnection, state tracking, and logging handled properly.

The integration list from our residential work is the track record: Lutron lighting and shading, Bang & Olufsen audio, Samsung Frame TV / The Wall, Daikin and Mitsubishi HVAC, Hikvision CCTV and intercom, smart locks - each one a protocol somebody had to get exactly right, running in production homes today.
And every deliverable ships the same way: source or driver package plus documentation sufficient for another programmer to maintain and extend it.
How a driver engagement works
Fixed-fee, scoped before anything is built - the same model as the rest of our work.
1. Protocol review
Send the device model, protocol documentation, and where it needs to live (Crestron Home, SIMPL, or SIMPL# Pro). We confirm feasibility and flag the risks before quoting.
2. Fixed-fee scope
A written scope: commands and feedback covered, target platform and firmware, test criteria, and the price. A sample unit or bench access is arranged here.
3. Build, test, hand over
We build against real hardware, test the ugly paths (reboots, network drops, power cycles), and deliver the driver with documentation your team can run with.

What is a Crestron Home extension driver?+
Crestron Home is Crestron's configurable (non-programmed) platform. Out of the box it supports Crestron's own devices plus a catalogue of certified third-party drivers. An extension driver adds a device or service to that catalogue-style experience, so a dealer can add it from the configurator instead of commissioning a fully custom program.
Can you make device X work with Crestron?+
Usually, if the device exposes any controllable interface: IP (TCP/UDP, HTTP/REST, WebSocket, MQTT), RS-232/485, IR, relay, or a documented cloud API. Send us the model and any protocol documentation and we will tell you plainly whether it is driveable, and at what rough effort.
Do you work with other integrators, white-label?+
Yes. Driver and module work for other integrators and dealers is a normal engagement for us - you deal with your client, we deliver the driver to you with documentation your programmer can use. We are happy to stay invisible.
Do you need the physical device?+
For anything non-trivial, yes - a sample unit or remote access to one on a bench. Protocol documents alone rarely tell the whole truth, and we test against real hardware before we call a driver done.
Who owns the driver afterwards?+
For commissioned work, you receive the driver plus documentation sufficient for another programmer to maintain and extend it - the same source-and-docs handover practice we apply to all our Crestron work. Licensing for manufacturer-funded drivers is agreed per project.
Can this be done remotely?+
Mostly yes. Driver development is bench work, not site work - we develop and test remotely against a sample device, and integrators load the result themselves or with our help. We are based in Hong Kong and work with clients across Asia.
